When Scout Digital (NYC) approached Numinous to lead the rebrand, the ask was clear: craft a bold new identity that would elevate PDQ from local staple to standout brand in a highly competitive industry.
The challenge was balancing legacy and evolution—honoring PDQ’s roots while designing for scale. The brand needed to feel strong, streamlined, and memorable across everything from trucks and hardhats to digital platforms and print materials.
We developed a new logo system built around geometric confidence and functional clarity, then expanded it into a full visual identity: typography, color, collateral, iconography, and brand application. Every element was made to communicate speed, dependability, and staying power—just like the machines they move.
